AstroTalk becomes unicorn as it buys shares back from staff: Report

Astrology platform AstroTalk has joined India's unicorn club after conducting an ESOP buyback at a $1 billion valuation, NDTV Profit reported, citing a source. Over 100 employees sold their shares in the buyback, making AstroTalk India's 133rd unicorn. Notably, its operating revenue nearly doubled to ₹1,176 crore in FY25, while its net profit rose to ₹250 crore.
