The US Supreme Court has agreed to hear Apple's appeal against a lower court order holding the firm in contempt in the lawsuit filed by Epic Games over App Store policies. A District Judge in 2025 ruled that Apple had violated an earlier injunction and held the firm in civil contempt. Supreme Court declined to consider another argument by Apple.
