After retired Army Brigadier VK Joshi was killed by a stray bullet amid a dispute between two parties in Dehradun, police said the parties fought over a bill at the nightclub Zen G. A few young people followed the staff after they had closed the club this morning, police said. The situation escalated and led to the firing, police added.
