Mohammed Wasim, a 37-year-old Delhi resident who witnessed the hotel fire that killed 21 people, said he told the hotel's owner Lovkesh Bajaj about the fire in a 26-second call. "I told him the fire was massive. He said he knew," Wasim recalled. Bajaj arrived 10 minutes later and watched his hotel burn, leaving 15 minutes later, Wasim added.
