Congress candidate for Puri Lok Sabha constituency, Sucharita Mohanty, has returned her ticket after being denied campaign funding. "I tried a public donation drive to support my campaign...without much success...I also tried to cut down...spending," Mohanty said in letter to Congress General Secretary KC Venugopal. "Only fund crunch is holding us back from a winning campaign in Puri," she added.
