10-12 mins of intense exercise can reduce colon cancer risk: Study

A study has found that just 10-12 minutes of intense exercise can reduce the risk of colon cancer. The researchers discovered that exercise raises the levels of several small molecules in the blood, many of which reduce inflammation, support healthy blood vessels, and improve metabolism. Blood collected after exercise also boosts DNA repair, activating a key repair gene, PNKP.
