BSE on Friday announced that Zomato will replace JSW Steel on its benchmark index Sensex starting December 23. Shares of the food delivery platform have risen 112% this year compared to an 11% rise seen by JSW Steel's shares. The index comprises 30 large, well-established, and financially sound companies across key sectors.
