A Bluetooth-enabled app that can connect to and track multiple batteries is going viral, with videos allegedly showing people using it to turn off e-rickshaw batteries surfacing online. Developed by a Chinese firm, BAT-BMS is listed on Google Play Store. While the claims have triggered safety concerns for EVs, there's currently no verified evidence that the app can do this.
