Panel urges MEA to create tech-foreign policy strategy

A parliamentary committee chaired by Shashi Tharoor has asked MEA to draft a public 'technology vision document' linking tech with foreign policy, calling India's current approach 'fragmentary and ad hoc'. It also recommended revising India's AI strategy, forming an inter-ministerial tech diplomacy body, and publishing verified data on data centre capacity.
