While addressing the Lok Sabha, NC MP Aga Ruhullah told Speaker Om Birla that he (Birla) was custodian when bill to abrogate Article 370 was passed. "Bill was introduced in one minute and passed in half an hour," Ruhullah stated amid uproar in House. Birla replied, "Please sit down...You've no knowledge. The matter was debated on for nine-and-a-half hours."
