A man in UP's Shamli, who killed his wife over not wearing burqa, didn't let her apply for Aadhaar because he didn't want her photo to be seen, police said. For 18 years, he didn't allow her to make identity documents like Aadhaar and ration card, as it'd then have her photo without burqa. He also killed his two daughters.
