Over 40% of new SIPs in India are from Tier 2, 3 & 4 cities: PwC

More than 40% of new SIPs in India originate from Tier two, three and four cities, a report by PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) showed. The country sees monthly SIP inflows exceeding $3 billion (about ₹28,300 crore), PwC said. The report showed that the country's asset and wealth management (AWM) industry is projected to reach $1.7 trillion by 2030 in assets under management.
