Indian-run pharma plant in Ukraine destroyed in Russian drone attack, 1 killed
A pharmaceutical plant run by India's Kusum Group in Ukraine's Sumy was largely destroyed in a Russian drone attack, killing one person and injuring several others. The facility, established in 2009, had continued operating throughout Russia-Ukraine war. The damage is estimated to be at least ₹400 crore. Kusum manufactures over 50 mostly generic medicines and exports them to several countries.
