Tata Motors on Wednesday said it has received a tax demand notice worth nearly ₹25 crore from authorities of the Delhi Sales Tax department. The notice is related to short payments of tax and excess availment of credit. It includes an interest of ₹9.14 crore and penalty of ₹1.4 crore. "[We] will exercise right to file appeal," the company said.
