Cut power & water for hotels, malls & hospitals who don't handle solid waste in right way: SC

The Supreme Court said bulk waste generators like malls, hotels, hospitals and commercial complexes must be identified in six weeks and their power and water lines should be disconnected if Solid Waste Management Rules aren't followed. The court said it's regrettable that across society, the general feeling is, "I'm entitled to generate but not...control the impact of solid waste management".
