State-owned NBCC has sold 14 lakh square feet of commercial space at Bharat Business Park in Sarojini Nagar, South Delhi, for ₹5,779 crore via e-auction. The company will earn a marketing fee of 1% of the sale value from the deal. A Navratna enterprise under the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, NBCC oversees project consultancy and real estate development.
