K'taka CM warns B'luru IT firms over reports they are denying jobs to Kannada speakers

Karnataka CM DK Shivakumar has warned Bengaluru's IT companies of action after reports claimed they were denying job opportunities to native Kannada speakers. "In Karnataka, the Kannadiga is sovereign. The government will not allow the rights, dignity, and opportunities of Kannadigas to be disregarded for any reason," he posted. Several videos had surfaced on social media making such claims.
