A 20-year-old man, suffering from depression and suicidal tendencies, swallowed a shaving razor in a fit of rage after a fight with his father. The man consumed the razor in two parts - the blade holder and handle. He underwent surgery in Delhi, after which he recovered well physically. He was later referred to counselling to address his suicidal thoughts.
