ASK Investment to acquire SageOne for ₹2,000 crore

Blackstone-backed ASK Investment Managers has signed definitive agreements to acquire SageOne Investment Managers for ₹1,500–2,000 crore. SageOne founder Samit Vartak will become CIO (Equities) of the combined entity. The merged platform will manage over ₹85,000 crore in assets. Blackstone retains majority stake while the deal awaits regulatory approvals.
