Criticising the AAP, PM Narendra Modi said AAP is using the national capital as political ATM to fund ambitions in other states. PM Modi urged people to vote for BJP in the Delhi Assembly elections and promised to clean the Yamuna river in the city. "The BJP wants to make Delhi modern," he added.
