Six players in Morocco's FIFA World Cup 2026 squad were born in France. They are Issa Diop, Redouane Halhal, Ayyoub Bouaddi, Samir El Mourabet, Neil El Aynaoui and Gessime Yassine. Morocco also have players born in Spain, Netherlands, Belgium and Canada, while seven members of the 26-member squad were born in Morocco. Morocco will face France in World Cup quarter-finals.
