Intent founder Vinayak Sarawagi shared a screenshot of his conversation with an intern from a Tier-1 college who rejected his ₹10,000/month stipend offer, saying, "I thought this mindset was going away, but sadly it's not." The post sparked a debate, with one X user calling Sarawagi a "zamindar". Sarawagi responded, saying that he's paying internship salaries from his own savings.
