Logistics startup Shadowfax Technologies' shares debuted on the NSE at ₹112.6 apiece on Wednesday, marking a 9% discount over the upper end of the IPO price band of ₹124 per share. On BSE, the shares listed at a discount of 8.8% at ₹113 apiece. The Flipkart-backed company's ₹1,907-crore IPO was subscribed 2.86 times overall.
