Pizza Hut parent Yum Brands announced it is selling the pizza chain for $2.7 billion (₹25,500 crore). Yum China will acquire the chain's stores in China for about $1.2 billion, while the rest of the business will be sold to private equity firm LongRange Capital ​for $1.5 billion. The sale comes after years of financial struggles for the chain.
