A 23-year-old Russian diplomat, aka EL, with links to senior officials, had recruited Ukrainians in London and offered them $1,000 and Russian citizenship to commit arson attacks linked to UK PM Keir Starmer, BBC reported. A Ukrainian man and a Ukrainian-born Romanian man were found guilty. The arson was part of a broader campaign run over Telegram by Russian operatives.
