Woman ordered to do 200 squats by manager in China suffers life-threatening condition
A woman in China developed a life-threatening condition after her manager forced her to do 200 squats for missing daily sales quotas, SCMP reported. She was reportedly given a choice between doing the squats or paying money. Days later, she was diagnosed with rhabdomyolysis, a serious condition caused by rapid muscle breakdown that releases muscle components into the bloodstream.
