Akshaye rejected Dakait's role, said 'won't play villian': Chhabra

Casting director and filmmaker Mukesh Chhabra recently revealed that Akshaye Khanna initially rejected Rehman Dakait's role in 'Dhurandhar'. "I can say this now, two-three big stars rejected this role," said Chhabra, adding, "Akshaye said, 'Are you mad? Why would I play a villain?'" However, after listening to the script, Akshaye replied, saying, "Fantastic! I'm doing it."
