An injured cow with a severe leg injury that left it unable to walk or move was treated after the intervention of traffic police in Uttarakhand's Chamoli district. The personnel called veterinarians to the spot and ensured immediate medical care. "Animal welfare is the true identity of humanity...The traffic police showed sensitivity...and got the treatment done," Uttarakhand Police wrote.
