Won't reveal my face, but will file FIR: Woman biker after being hit by car in Gurugram

Woman biker Sia, whose video alleging a hit-and-run on Gurugram's Golf Course Road went viral, said she will file an FIR with her lawyer by Monday evening. "I don't wish to reveal my identity or face," she wrote on Instagram. Sia alleged that the car had been following her and its driver made hand gestures before hitting her.
