India's rice export earnings rise 12.9% in Apr-Aug 2026: Report

India's rice export earnings grew 12.9% to ₹45,739 crore in April-August 2026, as per IREF. Basmati exports rose 11.6% to ₹22,864 crore and non-Basmati exports grew 14.2% to ₹22,874 crore. The Bharat International Rice Conference 2026, scheduled October 23-25 in New Delhi, will address trade policies, export incentives and market expansion strategies.
