The 5-finger breathing technique helps relieve stress and anxiety, relaxes the body, reduces pain, promotes healing, and promotes sleep. The techniques involves tracing the thumb and fingers of one hand with index finger of the other hand. Inhale while tracing the thumb and the fingers up and exhale as you slowly drag your index finger down.
