Teen who livestreamed San Diego mosque shooting charged with murder

A 17-year-old North Carolina girl, Sarah L Santiago, has been charged with three counts of murder and one count of conspiracy for allegedly recording and distributing a livestream of a shooting at a San Diego mosque, authorities said. She allegedly helped the attackers record and distribute material linked to the attack, which claimed three lives. She's being prosecuted as adult.
