The Delhi High Court granted bail to a man jailed for seven years in a murder case after it found the victim’s identity is still unknown. "Till date, deceased has not been identified. As regards the 'last seen' hypothesis, the said last seen was with Soni alias Chhoti, who has been found to be alive," the court said.
