Kenya's High Court has suspended a $736 million deal between Adani Energy and the state-owned Kenya Electricity Transmission Company (KETRACO). The agreement allows Adani Energy to build and operate key electricity transmission lines in the country for 30 years. The agreement was halted after a local law society claimed the deal was "a constitutional sham" and "tainted with secrecy".
