US President Donald Trump sued JPMorgan Chase and its CEO Jamie Dimon for $5 billion for "debanking". For Trump to prevail, his legal team must prove the bank cancelled the accounts because of his political viewpoints. Trump could argue that his political views were mainstream, as he had just amassed more than 70 million votes in losing the 2020 election.
