TCS cancels quarterly bonus for senior staff over failure to meet targets: Report

Tata Consultancy Services' (TCS) senior staff will not get any quarterly bonus as the company failed to meet performance targets, Reuters reported quoting an internal memo. However, junior employees will get 100% of the eligible pay. The report added that employees said this is the first time in two years that TCS has said no bonuses will be awarded.
