Singer-composer Vishal Dadlani has sold a commercial property in Mumbai's Goregaon West for ₹3.34 crore. Dadlani had purchased the property in 2016 for ₹3.25 crore. The difference between the 641-sq ft property's purchase and sale price is around ₹9 lakh, translating to an overall return of approximately 2.8% over the 10-year period.
