Pak proposes to accept 'grooming gang' convicts from UK in exchange of Munir critics

In a quid pro quo move, Pakistan has proposed to accept convicted members of the Pakistani-origin grooming gang from UK in exchange for two high-profile Asim Munir critics. The two dissidents are Shahzad Akbar, aide to ex-PM Imran Khan, and Adil Raja, a Pakistani army officer-turned-whistleblower. Grooming gangs are networks of predominantly Pakistani men who raped vulnerable girls, mostly white.
