Confident Group owner and chairman CJ Roy was found dead in his Bengaluru bungalow on Friday after raids by Income Tax Department. The police suspect that he died by suicide. Confident Group is a real estate and infrastructure firm with projects across Kerala, Karnataka and Dubai. It has been engaged in tax litigation before appellate forums and Karnataka High Court.
