Sonu Nigam has sold 1.067 hectares of land in Karjat, part of Mumbai 3.0, for a total consideration of ₹95 lakh, according to documents accessed by CRE Matrix. The development comes a month after Nigam sold multiple land parcels spanning 1.9 hectares in the same area for ₹1.95 crore. The latest transaction was registered on May 12.
