SBI acquires land worth ₹414 crore
State Bank of India has acquired 8,581 square metres of leasehold land with 1.83 lakh square feet of built-up space across 15 floors in Pune's Kharadi Knowledge Park for ₹414 crore, CRE Matrix reported. The property, which includes 200 car parking spaces, was leased from Siddhivinayak Enterprises, who'd leased it from MIDC. The transaction was registered on August 14.
