Nifty IT falls 1.5% as Anthropic IPO filing boosts AI trade

The Nifty IT index fell 1.5% on Tuesday as Anthropic's IPO filing boosted sentiment towards AI, lifting semiconductor stocks in South Korea and Japan. Infosys declined 1.58%, reversing the previous session's 1.1% gain, after lowering its FY27 revenue growth guidance despite reporting better-than-expected September-quarter revenue. TCS and Coforge also fell 2% and 1.4%, respectively.
