6 charred to death as massive fire breaks out at hotel in West Bengal's Tarapith at 4 am

At least six people were killed after a fire broke out at a hotel in West Bengal's Tarapith in Birbhum district at around 4 am on Monday. Several guests were reportedly asleep when smoke spread through the hotel. Two fire tenders were rushed to the spot. According to preliminary assessment, the blaze may have been caused by a short circuit.
