SBI Research report stated that private investment in India surged 51% from ₹37 lakh crore in FY25 to ₹56 lakh crore in FY26. The report showed manufacturing leading the investment cycle with a 28.9% share, followed by power sector at 28.7%. SBI cited strong capital expenditure with addition of gross block of over 5,000 listed companies in last four years.
