Meta lets businesses use AI agents on WhatsApp

Meta updated WhatsApp Business to let companies use AI agents for setup and management via a new Model Context Protocol (MCP) server. The tool automates tasks like account creation, phone verification, Cloud API registration, and messaging templates, eliminating the need for multiple tools. Meta's MCP server joins similar offerings from PayPal, Stripe, GitHub, and Salesforce.
