RTO official fines driver & walks away with papers, he parks truck across highway in Maha

Maharashtra's Samruddhi Mahamarg was blocked after multiple truck drivers alleged that an RTO official imposed improper fines on one of the drivers. Drivers said the official took the truck's documents while checking the vehicle and left without resolving the matter, leaving the driver stuck. The driver then parked his vehicle along with other drivers across the highway in protest.
