Actor Suriya gifted a new Mahindra BE6 Batman edition car to 'Karuppu' cinematographer GK Vishnu and music composer Sai Abhyankkar after the film crossed the ₹300-mark milestone at the box office. Taking to X, GK Vishnu wrote, "Just God things!! Thank you, [Suriya] sir. You have a huge heart!!!!" Meanwhile, Sai simply wrote, "Love you [Suriya] sir."
