What sections has CJP sought against man who claimed to crack skull of CJP protester’s father?

Cockroach Janta Party leaders Saurav Das and Ashutosh Ranka met police officials at Parliament Street Police Station and demanded that additional sections be invoked against Swatantra Bhardwaj. They sought the addition of attempt to murder, SC/ST Act and POCSO sections to the FIR. Bhardwaj had claimed that he cracked skull of CJP protester Nishu Azad's father during Jantar Mantar protest.
