Venture capitalist Ben Horowitz said he and his wife Felicia "will be making a significant donation to entities who support" Kamala Harris' presidential campaign. He, however, criticised the Joe Biden administration for "destructive" tech policy but hoped "the Harris Administration will be much better". Horowitz backed Donald Trump in July when Biden was the Democratic candidate.
