Carlsberg to publicly file India IPO papers this week: Report

Carlsberg may publicly file documents for an IPO of its India business as early as this week, potentially raising up to $700 million, Bloomberg reported. Carlsberg India, the country's second-largest brewer, could begin investor roadshows next week and launch the IPO as early as December. The offering is expected to comprise entirely a secondary share sale.
